MEET THE FOUNDER
Ethan Manes
Founder, Ethan Manes lives in South Hills of Pittsburgh, where he excelled in construction courses and through various apprenticeships. He has led substantial commercial projects in South Carolina, Texas, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania, including full renovation on self storage facilities.
Commercial projects include total upgrades to major self storage facilities. Security systems, interior space remodel, onsite living space remodel, interior and exterior areas encompassing several thousand square feet.
Residential projects have included total house renovations in Peters Township, Washington PA, Mt. Lebanon, Squirrel Hill and other Pittsburgh-region locations.
